These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website alina.pilipionek.com ("the Site") and any services provided by Alina Magdalena Pilipionek ("we", "us", "our"), including the Agile Families™ programme and Agile Coaching practice. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer two distinct practices: Agile Coaching for enterprise organisations (Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile transformation) and Agile Families™ for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. Both practices apply Agile project management methodologies. Our services are coaching and consultancy — not therapy, counselling, or clinical intervention (see our Disclaimer for full details).
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, downloadable materials, and programme frameworks — is the intellectual property of Alina Magdalena Pilipionek unless otherwise stated.
"Agile Families" and the Agile Families™ logo are trademarks of Alina Pilipionek. "The Navigator" is a trademark of Alina Pilipionek. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
The Agile Parent Starter Kit is provided for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish it without written consent.

The Agile Parent Starter Kit and other free resources are provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. By downloading, you agree to receive the associated email nurture sequence. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided in each email.
Enrolment in paid programmes (Group Coaching Cohort, The Navigator™ Programme, 1:1 Intensive + School Advocacy) is subject to availability and individual agreement. Pricing, scheduling, payment terms, and cancellation policies will be provided during the discovery call and confirmed in a separate service agreement before any payment is required.
We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.
Cancellation and refund terms for paid services will be specified in the individual service agreement provided upon enrolment. As a general policy, we offer a pro-rata refund for any undelivered sessions if you need to withdraw from a programme, provided notice is given at least 7 days before the next scheduled session.
Our services are provided in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. See our Disclaimer for full details on the nature and limitations of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
The Site may contain links to external websites (LinkedIn, Autism CookBook blog, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
